Strategy Definition Led the development of the design strategy by evaluating existing tools and determining which to retain or retire, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Global Collaboration Managed coordination across multiple regions by organizing agency briefings worldwide, fostering alignment and consistency throughout the process.
Creative Partner Selection Oversaw the selection of Casa Rex, a Brazil-based agency, chosen for its strong expertise in visual identity and creative execution.
Execution & Implementation Directed the rollout of the new identity, ensuring consistent implementation across all communication channels, tools, and global markets.
Brand Alignment Enabled alignment across commercial, design, and marketing teams, establishing a unified brand voice and a cohesive identity across the organisation.
